Jaipur, May 14: The Rajasthan Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) conducted a significant trap operation in Jaipur on Thursday, resulting in the arrest of Health Inspector Dinesh Kumar and an accomplice, Prakash, while they were accepting a bribe. According to reports, both individuals were caught red-handed while accepting a bribe of ₹5,000, allegedly requested for facilitating a particular task.
The operation was led by DSP Abhishek Parikh and CI Chhote Lal, following a verification of the complaint received by the ACB. After confirming the details, the trap was executed successfully.
Post-arrest, the ACB team is currently interrogating the accused and gathering relevant documents and other evidence related to the case. ACB officials have indicated that further action is underway, and significant revelations are expected following the questioning.
