
Ahmedabad, May 29: A case has emerged in the Dungarpur district where a government school premises was turned into a hub for drinking parties and disturbances. Four youths, who were caught creating a ruckus and sharing videos on social media, have been arrested by the police.
Under the leadership of Varada Police Station Officer Mohammad Rizwan Khan, the police team conducted an operation at the Senior Secondary School premises in Hirata village and apprehended the accused. According to Santosh Kumar, the in-charge of the Antari police outpost, these youths had been consuming alcohol on the school premises for a long time and uploading videos on social media, which created an atmosphere of tension and unrest in the area.
Following complaints from local residents, the police arrived at the scene and arrested the four individuals. The arrested suspects have been identified as Tilak Rot, Sunil Rot, Nilesh Rot, and Dinesh Rot. The police have also seized materials from the site and initiated further investigations.
The police stated that strict action would be taken against those involved in activities that undermine the dignity of government institutions. They also emphasized the need to continue such operations to maintain law and order in the area.
