Throughout the day, locals eagerly awaited the arrival of clouds, and the weather took a sudden turn on Friday night and Saturday morning.
Strong winds swept through several areas of the city, raising dust clouds and marking a drop in temperature. This was soon followed by light to moderate rainfall, which made the atmosphere pleasant. With the rain, the streets saw an increase in activity as citizens, previously troubled by the heat, felt a sense of relief.
The Meteorological Department had already predicted the possibility of storms and rain in Rajasthan, indicating a change in weather during the last days of May. While this rain has brought comfort to the city’s residents, farmers and traders are now keeping a close watch on the weather in the coming days.
