
Udaipur, February 25: A significant step has been taken to strengthen rural health services in the Salumber district. Under the Ayushman Adarsh Gram Yojana, a one-day training camp was organized for selected health friends and health sisters at the Ayushman Arogya Mandir in Singhatawada. The program was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Kapil Kumar Sharma.
Special Session on Nature Testing and Anemia
During the training, participants were introduced to methods of nature testing. Considering the rising cases of anemia among women and adolescents, the process of screening, identification, and treatment was explained in detail. Information on common home remedies was also provided.
Identification and Prevention of Serious Diseases
The camp emphasized the early symptoms, risk factors, and preventive measures for non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cancer. Health friends were informed that timely identification and consultation can lead to effective control of these diseases.
Focus on Healthy Lifestyle and Addiction Prevention
The program highlighted the importance of a balanced diet, regular routine, and clean living as the foundation of health. All health friends and sisters present took an oath for addiction prevention, pledging to spread awareness about drug eradication in society.
Successful Event Through Teamwork
The successful conduct of the training camp was supported by teacher Laluram, compounder Lalit Kumar, and attendant Narayan Lal. Organizers expressed hope that the trained health friends would become effective bridges for health awareness in their respective villages.
