Ltd. organized an impactful awareness session on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, 2013, aimed at ensuring gender sensitivity and a safe work environment. The session featured renowned speaker Dr. Rajshree Gandhi, who provided employees with comprehensive insights into the essence of the Act, its legal provisions, and the rights and duties of both men and women in the workplace.
Dr. Gandhi emphasized the importance of respectful behavior, code of conduct, identifying inappropriate comments and conduct, the role of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), the complaint process, the responsibility of maintaining confidentiality, and preventive measures. She clarified that a safe and positive work environment is not only a legal obligation but also a moral responsibility.
