Jaipur, 13 February 2026 : The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Thursday carried out search operations at five locations in connection with a disproportionate assets case against Shubhkaran Parihar (Chheepa), Junior Assistant of Gram Panchayat Udat, Panchayat Samiti Bap, District Phalodi.

The action was initiated under directions from the ACB Headquarters. Teams conducted simultaneous searches at three locations in Bikaner city — including Jaynarayan Vyas Colony, Mateshwari Enclave opposite Vaishnodham on Jaipur Road, and Baginaada Chheempo Ka Mohalla, Gangashahar — as well as at the accused’s native village Punarasar and Gram Panchayat Kanasar in Panchayat Samiti Bap, District Phalodi.

ACB Director General Govind Gupta stated that a confidential complaint was received at the bureau headquarters alleging that Shubhkaran Parihar had amassed substantial assets through corrupt means beyond his lawful income while serving as Junior Assistant. The complaint indicated that the value of the assets ran into crores of rupees.
Following discreet verification by ACB SU Bikaner, it was found that the accused had allegedly acquired assets 938 per cent higher than his known legal income. Based on these findings, a case was registered.
Under the supervision of DIG ACB Range Bikaner Bhuvan Bhushan Yadav, search warrants were obtained from a competent court. The operation was led by Additional Superintendent of Police Vinod Kumar, ACB Chowki Bikaner, along with Additional SP Ashish Kumar and their respective teams.
During the search so far, ACB has confirmed recovery of approximately ₹75 lakh in cash from House No. 10, Mateshwari Enclave Colony, opposite Vaishnodham. In addition, more than 1 kilogram of gold and around 2 kilograms of silver were recovered from the residential premises in Mateshwari Enclave and Baginaada Chheempo Ka Mohalla, Gangashahar, Bikaner.
The investigation has also revealed that the accused owns three luxurious houses in Bikaner city, one luxurious house in village Punarasar, and approximately 17 hectares of agricultural land.
Search proceedings are continuing at multiple locations under the supervision of Additional Director General of Police, ACB, Smita Srivastava. Further investigation is underway in the disproportionate assets case.
